Q: What are the shipping times?

Shipping may take approximately 3-6 business days. Orders are shipped through our courier, from Monday to Friday during office hours. Shipments and deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. We recommend that you indicate a delivery address where you can personally accept the order. If you are not present, please specify: 1. Name of the contact person 2. Any notes (for example c/o office / concierge).

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is always free except for “payment on delivery” purchases where the cost of shipping is €8.00 and not refundable if the item is returned.

What happens if I'm not at home when the courier comes?

The courier will make another delivery attempt and/or you will receive an automated email in which to reschedule the delivery.

If you do not receive this email or the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, please contact Customer Service.

How can I check the shipping status?

In the email with subject line “We have shipped your products” you will find the Tracking Number, a code that allows you to track the shipment in real time on the courier’s website.

If you are a Registered User, you can log in with your credentials and track your shipment directly from the "My Orders" section if you made the purchase from your Personal Account.

If I place an order online, can I collect it in-store?

Yes, you can place your order online and collect it for free in store within 15 days of delivery date.

Collection is a service available at a selected number of stores.

You will be able to choose the closest store to you during purchase, but remember you cannot select the cash on delivery payment option.

When your order is ready for collection, we will send you an email with the subject line "The products have been delivered".

You will be asked in-store for your order number and an identity document to collect your purchase.

In case of non-collection, we will make the refund to the same payment method chosen by you during the purchase.

Are there addresses to which you can’t ship?

We cannot deliver to post office boxes and poste restante. We also cannot ship to the following areas:

We ship to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.
