How can I pay for my order?

On the Max Mara website you can pay with the following payment methods:

1. Credit cards

2. PayPal

Payment also available in 3 instalments at no additional cost

3. Max Mara Gift Card

Physical Gift Card, available in participating Max Mara stores

Virtual Gift Cards are available on the website

4. Cash on delivery

The order must not exceed €4999.99 and you cannot choose in-store delivery

5. Klarna

We do not accept payments by bank transfer.

When will the amount be charged to my account?

At the time of purchase, the amount will only be pre-authorised. The charge will be made on the day the products are shipped.

In what currency will the charge be made?

Transaction amounts and product prices are always calculated in the local currency of the country to which the order is shipped. Prices always include VAT.

My payment has not been accepted: what happened?

If you have used a credit card, check the information you have entered carefully: the number, type of card selected and expiry date. If the payment is rejected again, contact our Customer Service who will help you.

What is the CVV/CVC code? Where can I find it?

The CVV code (Card Verification Value) is a safety measure against fraud that allows the card holder to be identified. On Visa and MasterCard cards, the code is printed on the back near the space reserved for your signature and comprises 3 digits. On American Express cards, the code is printed on the front and comprises 4 digits.

What is Klarna?

Klarna is a payment method that lets you choose from a variety of options to suit your needs: you can pay immediately, split the amount into three interest-free installments, or postpone payment for 30 days after purchase.
